• Why are we here?

In a world clearly confused about life and meaning, we believe its Creator has the answer. Our individual and societal failures have exposed our complete corruption and separation from a perfect God. In His infinite wisdom, God chose to purchase a people out of this corruption, from every tribe, tongue and nation. To do this He used the currency of the blood of His only Son, Jesus Christ, calling those paid for, His church. Auburn Sovereign Grace Fellowship is here to be a visible local expression of this work in Auburn and its surrounding communities.

• What are we going to do?

We will proclaim Christ as the thirst quenching, sin eradicating solution to this world’s confusion, as we are built up into a living breathing representation of Christ. We accomplish this as the good news of God’s payment for our sins transforms every part of our lives.

• How we are going to do it?

By learning, understanding, and believing what God’s revealed word has to say about reality.

By singing Christ saturated songs in our gatherings so that God’s worth is proclaimed and songs and melodies about the greatness of our God will constantly be on our hearts and in our minds.

By actively building relationships both locally and globally with the goal of conversing about and confronting people with the message of the gospel.

By reaching out in grace-motivated compassion and love to practically meet and facilitate the meeting of various needs that arise in our community and around the world.

By cultivating a community in which believers are influencing each other towards Christ-likeness and truly pursuing Christ together.

By consistently coming to God’s throne in prayer together in order to confess our sins, extol God’s greatness, express gratitude for His grace, and request His assistance

By participating together in the symbolic representations Christ left of His saving work: baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
